At first this slogan weirded me out. Seemed a bit childish to me. Especially against the backdrop of an animated commercial. But then I got it. Charles Schwab is a person... not a piece of software... a guy I can talk to... a nice guy... Chuck. In a world of online brokerages and financial insecurity, talking to Chuck seems like a good idea. Kinda like the H&R Block "You Got People" play. Wonder why they didn't go with Chas, though? :)

The point was that you get to talk to the company on a personal level. Obviously you can't talk to the actual Charles Schwab...
